Is the checkout process secure?
Your order is processed and protected by PayPal's 128 bit encryption technology. PayPal uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If your browser does not currently contain or support the 128-bit encryption level, you may need to upgrade it to be able to access the PayPal website and conduct transactions.
How do I add an item to my cart?
You can add items to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" link located below an item's description. After adding the item, you can delete an item, continue shopping, or check out.
How do I remove an item from my cart?
You can remove items by viewing your shopping cart and clicking the "Remove" link next to the item you wish to remove.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, please enter your email address and a password inside of the "E-mail" and "Password" textboxes located in the Particletree Login box. An email will be sent to your email address asking you to verify the account. Please click on the link sent to your email address to activate your account.
Do I need an account to purchase products?
Yes, we require you to create an account when purchasing digital goods. This gives the ability to download a digital good multiple times.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot" link next to the password input box. A new password will be emailed to you. After logging in with your new password, we advise you to change your password.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, please login and then click the "Manage Account" button under the "Your Account" section. Under the manage account section, click the "Change Password" button.
How do I checkout?
When you are ready to check out, click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of your cart. You will be directed to a secure PayPal page to complete the checkout proccess. After purchasing your product, please login to your account to download your purchases.

How can I download a product I've already purchased?
After a digital product is purchased, you will have access to it by clicking the "Manage Account" button. Your purchased goods will then be visible under the "Your Purchases" section. If a product is available for download, a "Download" button will be next to it.
