First off, I have to say that I'm a big fan of the magazine. I genuinely enjoy it, I think it's well written and designed, and this November issue shows a great balance of topics from design to code to business. Great stuff.

That being said, I also need to say that the copy editing is lacking in this issue. Now I don't happen to know how this issue came together, if it was really rushed, if Elizabeth didn't have enough time to really proof everything, etc. And I'm sure that she is generally a very talented and capeable editor. But after stumbling across one typo or misspelling after another, it's really getting a bit distracting, and it's beginning to ruin the magazine for me.

Again, without knowing what the production situation is for you guys, I feel kind of bad making this comment. Maybe this isn't even Elizabeth's fault at all. As mentioned above, maybe she was rushed through the job. But regardless of the circumstances, I just feel that if you are going to ask people to pay for a product like this, your quality standards need to be a little higher.
