Many apologizes for the delay everyone. Thanks to everyone who helped out and waited patiently for the January issue to be released. Moving across the country proved to be a challenge, but we’re confident this issue is up to snuff. This month’s publication includes contributions from:

Enough from me. Enjoy!

A lot of the bookmarks are wrong in this issues: All the coding ones are wrong, the second digest one is wrong and the marketplace one is wrong.

Jordan - This has been a problem we’ve had a tough time figuring out. On some computers, the bookmarks work perfectly, and on others they break (specifically the code section). We’ll be sure to update the file as soon as we find out what is going on.

Just uploaded a new version of the January issue with the bookmarks fixed. Indesign seems to be doing something quirky upon export. We just used Acrobat to fix everything. Hopefully, that should do it.

I can tell you from lots of experience dealing with .pdf’s that no program really saves .pdf’s perfectly. Especially if you are making a .pdf with interactivity. Sometimes opening it in Acrobat pro and changing a few prefs will fix everything. But just saving straight from a program (even one made by Adobe) is very unreliable.

On a side note. NEW ISSUE YIPPIE!

I don’t know if this contributes any value to the discussion, but I had tremendous trouble printing some of your earlier issues, actually generating errors on the printer if I didn’t do it selectively page by page.
